I cannot add the light source into the TRÅDFRI gateway.
To be able to add a light source to your gateway, you need to have a steering device (remote control, wireless dimmer or motion sensor) to complete the circuit and enable you to control your light source from your IKEA Home smart app.
Simply follow the instructions shown in the app, meaning first add your steering device to your gateway and then pair your light sources with that device.

You need to re-pair the bulb with the steering device after connecting the Gateway since the connection may have been lost when you connected the steering device to the gateway.
