Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Once you place an online order, you should receive an order confirmation in your email. This email will have the invoice attached.

If you did not receive this email but were logged into your IKEA account at the time of purchase, you can view your past purchases by logging into your account. This also applies to any store purchases where your FAMILY card was scanned.
