Can I cancel my online order before delivery?

You can manage, track and cancel the order you have placed online using your order number and email address.

We're sorry to hear that you're cancelling your order. You can simply manage and track the order you placed online with the  Track & manage my order tool. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and your email address. However, once your order begins to progress through our system, you may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method.

If you cannot make changes to your order through the Track & manage my order portal, please contact us as soon as possible, and IKEA Customer Service will be glad to assist you. One of our coworkers may be able to amend or cancel the order for you, depending on the status of your order.
Once your order is cancelled, you will receive your refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse approximately 48 hours before the delivery date. Once an order is dispatched, the only way to cancel the order is to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The carrier will return the refused goods to IKEA within 48 hours, and your refund will be processed within 14 days of IKEA receiving the goods back. If you have been waiting more than 14 days for your refund, please contact us and IKEA Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
