My Eircode isn't recognised, what should I do?
We're sorry that your Eircode isn't recognised. Make sure that you have left a space in the middle of your Eircode. If the issue persists, let us know.
Eircodes not being recognised is normally an indication that the stock you have added to your basket isn't available by your selected delivery method. Please try to select another method.
Alternatively, if your house is a new build, please check that your postcode is available on the Eircode finder.
If you're still having issues, please contact us.
