My BESTA drawers aren't sitting correctly on the runners, or keep coming off
Please ensure you have locked the drawer into position.
On Step 4 and 5 of the assembly instructions, you will see the guide on how to lock the drawer into position.
Please ensure that the rear of the drawer is firstly pushed onto the runners correctly. Once this has been done, the front of the drawer can be lower and should slot in correctly. You can then lock the drawer onto the runners by sliding the locking mechanism until it clicks.
