I returned a product and received an IKEA refund card - how do I check the balance?
We have made it easy to check the balance of your refund card online yourself - you just need your refund card.
The balance of your refund card can be checked through the Gift card pages. The refund card is valid in all IKEA stores and on IKEA.com, there is an expiration date of 5 years for the cards from the date of issue.
