What do I do if I have a damaged product for my Kitchen?

If you've received a damaged item from your delivery, or there was hidden damage inside the packaging, please get in touch.

We know it can be disappointing to receive an item with damage, especially if the packaging was fine and the damage was hidden inside.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

You can bring the product and your receipt or order confirmation to your closest store, or contact us
