What do I do if I have a damaged product for my Kitchen?

If you've received a damaged item from your delivery, or there was hidden damage inside the packaging, please get in touch.

We know it is disappointing to receive a damaged item.  We are sorry if you have received a damaged item, and we will try to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
If it is convenient, please bring the product and your receipt or order confirmation to your closest IKEA Store, which can be found using the IKEA Store Locator tool.

Alternatively, you can Contact Us at IKEA Customer Service, and one of our coworkers will be happy to assist you in organising a solution to your issue.
