Can a lost or stolen IKEA Gift or Refund card be blocked or replaced?
If you have lost your IKEA Gift card or someone else has used it without your permission, we cannot block or replace it.
The IKEA Gift card is the property of its holder and is not associated with any type of owner identification, we therefore handle them like cash and cannot block or replace them if they get lost or stolen.
