Timing and scheduling factors: Closer to the date of delivery, you will receive a 4-hour window for your chosen delivery date. If you will not be at home, you can select 'Authority to Leave' at checkout, and your items will be left in a safe and secure location at your home.

Item size and type restrictions: Ideal for larger, bulky items (e.g. sofas, wardrobes, or kitchen appliances) that might be challenging to move yourself.
