Free Oops-assurance. If you break it, we replace it.
Things don’t always go to plan. When they don’t, it’s nice to know that you as an IKEA Family member are in safe hands. When you swipe your card at the checkout you receive Oops-assurance*. If something breaks during transport or while you assemble your IKEA furniture, we’ll exchange it for free.
This only applies to purchase made in store, and can only be claimed by revisiting the store of original purchase.
