• Our distribution center has both a pickup point and a pickup lockers.
• Access to the pickup point takes place during opening hours through the door on the right side of the pickup machine.
• The pickup lockers are open around the clock 24 hours.

• At the Joensuu pickup point, you will be served by our partner Casa.
• You will receive a pickup email from us when your order is available for pickup at this point.
• Please note that after receiving the pickup email, the order must be retrieved within (3) working days.
