IKEA Click & Collect pick-up points

Click & Collect from a pick-up point

Our Click & Collect pick-up service delivers your IKEA order to the pick-up point of your choice from our service provider. The service requires a minimum order value of 10 euros. Your order will be delivered from the nearest IKEA store.

The service costs 25,- regardless of the size of the order.

This is how the service works:

• Add the products to your shopping cart and select Click & Collect to an external pick-up point as your pick-up method
• Select the pick-up location and pick-up date
• When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a collection notification and collection instructions by email
• Once you have received the pick-up notification, you can pick up your order within three (3) days, according to the opening hours of the pick-up point
• Exceptional opening times may apply on public holidays.

IKEA Distribution Centre Espoo

Further information:

• Our distribution center has both a pick-up point and a pick-up lockers.
• Access to the pick-up point takes place during opening hours through the door on the right side of the pick-up machine.
• The pick-up lockers are open around the clock 24 hours.

IKEA Click & Collect Joensuu

Further information:

• At the Joensuu pick-up point, you will be served by our partner DHL.
• You will receive a pick-up email from us when your order is available for pick-up at this point.
• Please note that after receiving the pick-up email, the order must be retrieved within (3) working days.
• When you pick up your order, bring your ID or show the pick-up notice sent to your email.

Click & Collect Near You

Our Click & Collect Near You service delivers your IKEA order to the pick-up point of your choice from the nearest IKEA store. The service requires a minimum order value of 10 euros.

The service costs 9,90 regardless of the size of the order

This is how the service works:

• Add the products to your shopping cart and select Click & Collect Near You as your pick-up method
• Select your pick-up location and the pick-up date and time that suits you best
• Your order will be waiting for you at the address of your choice at the time of your choice. The pick-up time is one (1) hour

Further information:

• Pick-up takes place from the parking lot along Salorankatu.
• The order can be picked up against the order confirmation.
