Just turn the knob to seamlessly dim the light and choose brightness; from bright to cosy mood or night light. The bigger knob is developed to make it easy for little fingers/smaller hands.
You can easily direct the light where you want it because the lamp head is adjustable.

The included LED light source is replaceable.
The LED light source has a lifetime of approx. 25,000 hours. This corresponds to about 10 years if the lamp is on for 6 hours per day.
