Click & collect
Our Click & collect service delivers your products to the pick-up point of your choice. Choose the service that best suits your needs. When you pick up your order from an IKEA store, the price of Click & collect is €0. A Click & collect order to an external pick-up point costs €25 and requires a minimum order value of 10 euros. All products you buy through Click & collect will have the same low IKEA prices you've come to expect.
Click & collect options and pricing
All IKEA stores offer Click & collect. You can choose where you want to collect your order. Alternatively, you can choose Click & collect to an external pick-up point - there are pick-up points all over Finland. For pricing, estimated delivery times, maximum parcel sizes and weights, store locations and other details, please see below.
Click & collect at an IKEA store €0
Collect your order from an IKEA store and choose the collection time that suits you best.
- Add products to your shopping cart and select Click & collect from the store.
- No minimum order value.
- Notice! Some products are available both in-store and from our distribution center. That’s why you may see two pick-up options for the same store – each with slightly different pick-up times.
- When you place your order, we will inform you of the provisional pick-up date.
- Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a collection notification and instructions by email - in Finnish only.
- Once you have received the pick-up notification, you can collect your order within three (3) days according to the opening hours of our pick-up points.
Click & collect at an IKEA store pick-up locker €0
Collect your order from a pick-up locker at an IKEA store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pick-up lockers are located near the exits.
- Add products to your shopping cart and select Click & collect from pick-up locker.
- No minimum order value.
- When you place your order, we will inform you of the provisional pick-up date.
- When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a collection notification by SMS, in Finnish only, containing a collection code for picking up the products.
- Once you receive the collection notification, you can pick up your order within two (2) days, 24 hours a day.
Click & collect at a pick-up point or pick-up point pick-up locker €25
Collect your order from our service provider's pick-up point.
- Depending on the location of the pick-up point, you can choose between a pick-up point or pick-up locker.
- Add products to your shopping cart and select your preferred pick-up point or pick-up locker, e.g. Kotka pick-up locker.
- Requires a minimum order value of 10 euros.
- Select a collection date that suits you.
- When your order is ready for pick-up, we will send you a collection notification and pick-up instructions by email - in Finnish only.
- Once you have received the collection notification, you can pick-up your order within (3) working days. The pick-up points operate according to their own opening hours, the pick-up lockers operate 24/7.
Click & collect Near You €9,90
Collect from the location of your choice.
- Add products to your shopping cart and select local pick-up as your pick-up method.
- Requires a minimum order value of 10 euros.
- Select your pick-up location and the pick-up date and time that suits you best.
- Your order will be available for collection on the date and time of your choice upon confirmation of your order. The pick-up time is one (1) hour.
How Click & collect works
- Add the products you want to buy to your online shopping cart.
- Select your preferred store or pick-up point under Click & collect.
- Select the available pick-up time. Complete your order.
- Enjoy your life while we collect your items. We'll let you know when we're ready.
- Go to the IKEA store or pick-up point of your choice at the time of your choice.
Good-to-know basics
- Due to high demand, there may be a limited number of times available. Available times are displayed at the online checkout.
- If you cannot place an order at the IKEA store of your choice, try another store, remove the out-of-stock item from your shopping cart or place an order later when the stock is replenished.
- Take into account the dimensions and weight of the packages to ensure that your order will fit in your car. This information can be found on each product's webpage.
- Collect your order with a pick-up notification sent by email or SMS. If the order is collected by another person on behalf of the customer, that person must have the pick-up notification sent to the customer by e-mail or SMS when collecting the order.
- No changes can be made to a paid order.
- Order can be collected once you have received the collection notification. Do you want an update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
