Our Click & collect service delivers your products to the pick-up point of your choice, either at an IKEA location or at an external pick-up point. Choose the service that best suits your needs from our range of services. We collect the products so that you have more time and energy for other things.
Click & Collect options and pricing
All IKEA stores offer a Click & collect service. You can decide where you want to pick up your order. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up at an external pick-up point – pick-up points can be found all over Finland.
Price information, estimated delivery times, maximum package sizes and weights, as well as department store locations and other detailed information can be found below.
Collect from IKEA location €0
Collect your order from IKEA location and choose the pickup time that suits you the best.
- Add items to your shopping cart and select Collect from IKEA location.
- No minimum order value.
- Delivery time 1-2 days.
- Notice! Some products are available both in our department stores and at our distribution center. Therefore, you may see two collect options from the same department store – each with a slightly different pickup time.
- When your order is available for collection, we will send you a pick-up notification and instructions by email.
- After receiving the pickup notification, you can collect your order within three (3) days according to opening hours of our collection locations.
- IKEA Espoo orders are picked up from the IKEA Distribution Centre's pick-up point at Lommilantie 2.
Collect from IKEA location pickup locker €0
Collect your order from IKEA location pickup locker around the clock. Pickup lockers are located near the exits.
- Add items to your shopping cart and select Collect from IKEA location pickup locker.
- No minimum order value.
- Delivery time 1-2 days.
- When your order is available for collection, we will send you a pick-up notification which includes a pickup code to collect the products.
- After receiving the pickup notification, you can collect your order around the clock within two (2) days.
- If the size of the order exceeds the size of the locker, the pickup will be transferred to be collected from IKEA location.
Collect from parcel pickup point from €4,90
- Price €4,90 for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members norm. €6,90
- Minimum order value 10 euros.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days, you can see the preliminary collection date in the shopping cart. We will notify you when the order is available for pickup.
- Maximum order size: max weight 25 kg.
- The option will automatically appear in the shopping cart under the Collect option when all the conditions are met.
- You can choose to pick up from the Posti pickup point of your choice.
- Please note, that some products cannot be delivered by parcel due to product size, weight or fragility. We deliver such products as home delivery.
Collect from external pickup point – 1 hour pickup time from €9,90
Collect your order from the location of your choice.
- Price for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members €9,90 norm. €19,90.
- Add items to shopping cart and select Collect from an external pickup point – 1 hour pickup time.
- Minimum order value 10 euros.
- Select collect location and the pickup date and time that suits you best.
- Delivery time 4-5 days.
- The order can be picked up against an order confirmation at a time of your choosing. The length of the pickup time is one (1) hour.
- The availability of the delivery option depends on the delivery address.
- The availability of some pick-up points is limited by the size/weight of the order.
Collect from external pickup point – 3 day pickup time from €19
Collect your order from our service provider's pick-up point.
- Price for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members €19 norm. €29.
- Depending on the collection point, you can choose either pickup point or pickup locker at the pickup point.
- Add items to shopping cart and select pickup point or pickup locker of your choice, e.g.: Kotka pickup locker.
- Minimum order value 10 euros.
- Select a pickup date that works for you.
- When your order is available for collection, we will send you a pickup notification and pickup instructions by email.
- Delivery time 4-5 days.
- After receiving the pickup notification, you can collect your order within three (3) days.
- The pickup points serve according to their own opening hours, while the pickup lockers are open 24/7.
- The availability of the delivery option depends on the delivery address.
- The availability of some pick-up points is limited by the size/weight of the order.
How Click & Collect works
- Put your desired items in your online shopping cart.
- Select your favourite or nearest IKEA location under “Click & Collect”.
- Choose an available collection time. Complete your order.
- Live life while we gather your items. We’ll notify you when we’re done.
- Go to your chosen IKEA location or collection point during your time slot.
Good-to-know basics
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.
- If you can’t place an order at your desired IKEA store, try another location, remove an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
- Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
- Collect your order with a pick-up notification sent by email or SMS. If the order is collected by another person on behalf of the customer, that person must have the pick-up notification sent to the customer by e-mail or SMS when collecting the order.
- No changes can be made to a paid order.
- Order can be collected once you have received the collection notification. Do you want an update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
- You can always combine Click & Collect with a pop into the store for that pillow you want to try before buying.
