How to proceed, if products are missing from my order?
We kindly ask you to compare the shipping list with the items you received in your order and insides of the packages fully.
Most of our products consist of multiple packages and some of the parts can be packed inside of another box or box's packing material. This is why it is important to go throught the whole order you receive, to make sure all the parts have arrived with your order.
If product or it's part is missing from the order and they are mentioned in the shipping list, please Contact our customer service.
