How can I check the balance on my IKEA gift or refund card?
You can check the balance of your gift or refund card online or in the store.
Make sure you log in or create an IKEA account before you check the balance of your gift or refund card. Then enter either the combination of the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN.
To check the balance in-store, please go to the returns area and speak to a co-worker.
The balance remaining on your gift or refund card will also be displayed on the receipt after you make a purchase where your gift card or refund card was used.

Funds are reserved immediately from a gift or refund card when added to an online shopping cart, even when the transaction is not completed. The reserved value on the gift or refund card can take up to 4 hour to re-appear.
