How do I change the address for my green electricity bill?
You can change this either via the app or when loading ad hoc.
App:
You can change your billing address at any time in the app or in your profile under “Profile”. Your change will be applied directly during the next billing run.
Ad-hoc:
Invoicing for Ad - Hoc - Loading is automated based on the data you enter. This cannot be changed at a later date.
Your contractual partner for the charging processes is Mer Germany GmbH, Taunusstraße 23, 80807 Munich.
If you have inadvertently entered an incorrect billing address for your order, we are unfortunately unable to change it retrospectively. It is only possible to change your invoice if IKEA is responsible for the incorrect details.
