Custom-made kitchen worktops
Choose custom-made worktops that fit perfectly into your kitchen down to the last millimetre. You can optionally combine them with matching wall strips or panels. Our kitchen planner helps you compare different solutions and get an estimated price so you can put together your ideal kitchen countertop.
What types and colours of kitchen worktops are available?
At IKEA, there are numerous worktop options in different materials and colours – suitable for every kitchen. You can choose between pre-cut sizes or custom-made worktops that are perfectly matched to your kitchen.
- Available materials: laminate, real wood veneer, porcelain, quartz and glass composite
- Available lengths: between 15 cm and 400 cm (depending on the material chosen)
- Available depths: between 30 cm and 140 cm (depending on the material chosen)
- Available thicknesses: 2 cm, 2.8 cm or 3.8 cm (depending on the material chosen)
- Available decors: over 50 different colours and decors, including matte, high-gloss, stone effect and real wood veneer
Pre-cut kitchen worktops
If you are looking for a high-quality worktop at an attractive price and are willing to adjust the size yourself to your kitchen, a pre-cut worktop is an excellent choice. It offers the same quality as a custom-made one – only at a lower price.

- Available depth: 63.5 cm
- Available thicknesses: 2.2 cm, 2.8 cm or 3.8 cm
- Available decors: white, beige, grey, green, black and several marble, stone and wood effects, including real wood veneer.
Please note that we do not offer a worktop cutting service in any of our IKEA stores. However, all of our pre-cut worktops include edge banding so you can seal the cut edges in the matching décor after cutting them at home.
If you don't want to cut the worktop yourself, that's of course no problem! Our IKEA kitchen experts will be happy to advise you on our custom-made worktops, which are produced according to your specifications. Alternatively, you can also take advantage of the IKEA kitchen assembly service, which will do this work for you.
