What is Matter and what does it mean?
MATTER is a technology behind the DIRIGERA Hub that allows you to manage your smart products with our app and remote controls.
IKEA is fully committed to the MATTER standard.
This feature currently only supports light bulbs (including drivers). Other product types will be added later.
The DIRIGERA Hub acts as a Matter bridge, allowing you to connect your Zigbee‑enabled products to a Matter network. It also works as a Matter hub, making it easy to control and integrate Matter‑compatible devices throughout your home
You can use this function from:
- iOS app version 1.26.1 + DIRIGERA hub firmware 2.521
- Android app version 1.21.0 + DIRIGERA hub firmware 2.521
