How do I create and share a wish list?

Found something you like? You can use your wish list to save, organise and share products with family and friends. When you're signed in to your IKEA Family account, your lists are available on all your devices.

Create a wish list
There are several ways to create a new list:
  • Click the heart icon in the top right corner of IKEA.de and give your list a name.
  • Log in to your IKEA Family account or register as an IKEA Family member. This will save your lists across devices.
  • Add products by clicking on the heart icon on the respective product page. The items will be automatically added to your selected list.
  • Alternatively, you can create a new list for the first saved product.
  • If an item isn't currently available in online checkout, you can select "Save for later." The item will then be automatically saved to a list.
Organize your lists
With the favorites, you can create as many shopping lists as you like and name them individually.
  • Create separate lists for different projects or rooms.
  • Manage all stored products in one place.
  • By default, your lists are private and can be shared at any time.
Share a wish list
Would you like to share your ideas with others? This is easy to do via link or e-mail.
On IKEA.de:
  • Log in to your IKEA Family account or Sign up as an IKEA Family member and open Lists.
  • Select the list you want to share.
  • Click on the three dots and then click on "Share".
  • Copy the link or send it directly by email.
In the IKEA app:
  • Log in to the IKEA app.
  • On your membership page, open the "Saved Lists" section.
  • Select the list you want.
  • Tap the share icon in the top right corner to copy the link or share it directly with your contacts.
What can others do with my shared wish list?
People you share your wish list with can view the saved products and decide whether they want to buy them or save them to their own lists.
  • Changes to their own list won't affect your wish list.
  • Purchased or saved items aren't automatically removed from your original list.
Print a wish list
For your shopping in the furniture store, you can conveniently print out your wish list including important product information.
So you always have all the important information for your purchase at hand.
