I would like to pay by "bank transfer with Trustly", but the payment method does not appear. Why?

This is usually because your service date is not far enough in the future.

Currently, Trustly is only displayed as a payment option if the service date (delivery, assembly date or the Click&Collect date) is at least 4 days in the future. The payment method is also only available for orders from private customers. If you are logged in with your business online profile or have indicated in the checkout process that you would like to order as a business customer, you cannot pay with Trustly.
