What is the difference between small and big spare parts?

At IKEA we have various spare parts that you can order.

The small spare parts, such as screws, are essential for assembling your IKEA products. Each small spare part has a six-digit part number that you can find in the assembly instructions. The bigger spare parts are not numbered.
