How can I get spare parts for IKEA appliances?

Need spare parts for your IKEA appliance? Find out what applies within and outside the warranty period and where to order replacement parts.


Different rules apply depending on whether your appliance is still covered by warranty.

Within the warranty period

All IKEA appliances are sold with a warranty.
If the required spare part is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement will be handled by the appliance manufacturer.

What to do

  • Check the warranty period of your appliance.
  • Contact the manufacturer (details can be found in the user manual).
  • If you are unsure, contact IKEA and we will help you.

Outside the warranty period

If the warranty has expired, or the required part is not covered by the warranty, you can order spare parts through our partner ASCI.

  • Spare parts are available for appliances purchased within the last 10 years.
