IKEA and RSAT provide a mobile medical laboratory and a mobile consulting clinic to the public

IKEA Thailand continues its mission for fairness and inclusion in society.
This collaboration not only reinforces IKEA's commitment to creating a safe environment but also encourages everyone to be themselves regardless of age, religion, race, and gender identity.
Warunthorn Techakunakorn, Inspiration & Communication Manager, IKEA Thailand, said,
“IKEA's vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. Through this aim, we need allies, and for this time, the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand is an important partner that believes in promoting equal quality of life for people of all genders. Together, we jointly built two mobile clinics, and IKEA designed the area inside the car and supported the furniture and interior accessories to enhance staff performance and bring the best experience to the service users.”
These two mobile clinics will start rolling and providing services such as physical and mental consulting in Bangkok and its vicinity throughout the year 2023. The services cover checking hormone levels to optimise feminisation and ensure safety for transfeminine people and blood tests for the diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). All service users will be supervised by medical technicians from the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, as well as nurses and public health officers. For people who are interested in the service, please follow the activity schedule location, date and time, to receive services either in advance or walk in via the Facebook page - Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand
