Leonie Hoskin, Retail Manager of IKEA Thailand and Vietnam, shared that IKEA Thailand’s core strategy focuses on holistic growth, built on two main pillars: expanding operations to make IKEA more accessible to consumers, and developing “IKEA for Business” as a comprehensive solution for businesses, meeting the evolving needs of Thai organisations and providing practical, real-world solutions.
Both strategies reflect IKEA’s mission to enhance people’s quality of life in every dimension. Currently, IKEA for Business serves over 3,000 corporate customers, around 20% of whom are real estate developers. The collaboration with Origin, a full-service property developer, represents a significant opportunity to broaden market reach, providing affordable furniture that supports the diverse lifestyles of Thai residents.
