You're safe to shop at IKEA.

At IKEA, we are committed to ensure the well-being of our customers and co-workers. We collaborate closely and in alignment with relevant authorities to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in our community. We are doing our part by securing all necessary preventive measures in our stores to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, such as face masks, social distancing, thermal scanner, hand sanitizer, and frequent cleaning. Our co-workers also check their temperature two times a day and follow our hygiene and sanitation practices for food and customer services. Moreover, customers are required to scan a Thai Chana QR code to check in and check out of IKEA stores.

This is to ensure that our stores remain a safe place for you and your family to shop. You may continue to shop online anytime from the comfort of your home with our safety and social distancing measures in place for delivery and assembly services.

We understand that adjusting to a new normal has been challenging, but we are with you. At IKEA, we support Thais in creating an affordable, better everyday life at home.

Stay inspired, stay safe.

In line with government's directions to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, truck delivery from Bangkok inbound to Samutsakhon, Chonburi, Rayong, Trat and Chanthaburi will be delayed. For some delivery areas, our customer service will contact you to rebook your delivery after you placed orders.

Better day by day.

Stocks are coming back for your better everyday life at home

The Global transport crisis led to stock availability issues. Although we always had the majority of articles in stock, we are happy to share that our stock availability is improving even more day by day.

The COVID-19 outbreak disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses, including IKEA Thailand. There is a global shortage of shipping containers, congested seaports, capacity constraints on vessels, and even lockdown in certain markets, and other challenges.

We are happy to see how our stock availability is improving day by day and encourage you to come back and visit our stores or IKEA.co.th. You can look for your favourites and check stock availability online.

We share your frustration when the items you want are not readily available and we assure you we are doing everything we possibly can to continue to improve the situation. As always, we thank you for your continued support and understanding during these extraordinary times.
