  • Book the cleaning service and pay a deposit.
  • Receive the cleaning service from our partner.
  • Make a full payment.

• The service location must be in Bangkok and surrounding areas (specified areas only). Please contact SofaBoy to inquire about the minimum service fee.
• Our service partner will assess and recommend service details, along with informing customers regarding the terms and conditions of payment.
• For service cancellation, customers must contact SofaBoy directly.
• Cleaning services cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cleaning service promotional terms and conditions are subject to SofaBoy. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other IKEA promotions.
• In any case, IKEA is not responsible for any loss or damage to third-party property or physical injury to an IKEA Family member while the service is being provided by SofaBoy at a location designated by the IKEA Family member.
