Step 1:
After completing the online payment for IKEA products and services, you will receive an email from 2C2P with the subject: IKEA: Receipt/Tax Invoice, No. XXX-XXXXXXXXXXX Date XX/XX/XXXX. Click the 2C2P link in the email to download the documents.
Step 2:
After clicking the link, you will need to enter the email address provided with your order to request an OTP to download the documents.
Step 3:
Once you enter the OTP, you will be redirected to the previous page. Select "I do not have Tax ID/Corporate Tax ID" and click "Continue."
Step 4:
All E-Tax information will be displayed.
Step 5:
Please select the documents you wish to download according to your order preference.
