“The goal was to develop a bag collection with a clear IKEA identity. Instead of placing large logos on the bags, I chose to focus on emphasising details like silhouettes and shapes, colourful zippers and striped lining. It was also a given that all the bags should be high quality and have numerous smart features and compartments – and have a low price.
