Wooden-base spring mattresses

With an IKEA wooden-base sprung mattress, you don’t need to buy a separate mattress base or slats. But, if you like, you can complement the bed with a headboard of your choice. Some people find it easier to get in and out of bed with the extra height that comes with wooden-base sprung mattresses.
