Given the price, it wouldn't be a big production extra if they come with the plastics that cover the hinge hole, in the same way as wooden doors do.
I wouldn't leave for the customer either to make the holes for the hinges (especially in metal). In the automation age, four more predrilled holes on each side would be a 1% extra production effort. Despite the paper template provided, they never ever form a straight line when non professional hands must do them.
