This was a good version of a blueberry pie. Not a deep dish or as rich as some but if you prefer a lighter fare, very tasty.

So quick and easy. Loved the flavor!! Crust has almost a shortbread cookie taste, almost more of a tart. Right out of the oven with vanilla ice cream--yum!
