One lamp – four lights
"The idea for IKEA PS 2026 floor uplighter came to me while cutting 45°angles with my chop saw. That simple motion was so satisfying, I knew I had to turn it into something functional. When you’re on the sofa, you need different lighting – mood light, uplight, reading light or wall wash. This lamp lets you play with that. The tube and the flip function are the essence of the design – the foot and shade are the result."

No regular seating
“For IKEA PS 2026 bench, we made many prototypes before arriving at the perfect design. The big challenge? Making it entirely from pine while keeping the arch strong. The solution came when our engineers decided to slice the wood vertically, then glue it back together – simple, clever and it worked! I hope this bench lets people forget their worries for a moment, feel like kids again and just play. If you look closely… the bench is actually smiling.”
