Tips for placing your heat pump
- Indoor unit: Place it in a central spot in your home or room so the air can move freely.
- Distance to the outdoor unit: If the units are too far apart, performance can drop and installation can become more complicated – especially when it comes to managing condensation.
- Direction of placement: Choose the warmest possible direction for the outdoor unit to improve efficiency.
- Airflow and sound: Make sure the outdoor unit has good airflow around it and is placed in a spot where the sound won’t disturb you.

How a heat pump works in every season
A heat pump captures the warmth from the outdoor air and uses a refrigerant and compressor to increase the temperature. The warm air is then distributed indoors through the indoor unit.Modern heat pumps work all year round and adapt to the needs of each season. In winter, they provide heat even at low temperatures. In summer, they can cool the air. And during spring and autumn, they run efficiently at lower power to keep your home comfortable.

Remote control and smart adjustment
With the app, you can manage your heat pump directly from your phone – perfect for holiday homes or for warming up the house before you arrive.
