You can order smaller spare parts such as screws, knobs or plugs for free using our self-service. Spare parts will be delivered directly to your home address in approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

If you are unable to find the spare parts you're looking for, you are always welcome to contact our customer service*.

The IKEA value chain is cooperating with ASCI Service GmbH to offer you a wide range of spare parts to your IKEA appliance. IKEA has chosen to cooperate with ASCI since they have long experience and good capability to provide and extensive range of spare parts. ASCI offers original spare parts that corresponds well to the standard on components that IKEA applies.

Private customer

Planning a party and need more ice cube trays? Cutlery basket in your dishwasher constantly overflowing?

Don’t worry, additional components, spare and replacement parts for the IKEA appliance range can now be purchased through a dedicated webshop, helping you maintain and extend the life of your IKEA appliance. IKEA has partnered with ASCI Service GmbH, providing you with a single portal to order appliance spares and additional fittings from across the IKEA appliance range.

Professional Service Provider

If you are a professional appliance service or maintenance provider and require parts to repair an IKEA appliance, replacement and spare parts can be ordered through our authorized partner, ASWO (ASWO International Service GmbH).

IKEA Kitchen appliances Guarantee

All IKEA appliances come with a 5-year warranty. The exceptions are LAGAN and TILLREDA, which have a 2-year warranty.
