This is how the removal service works
- Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart on IKEA.se, where you'll have the option to book removal services directly along with your indoor delivery. If you're shopping in-store, you can speak with a staff member to book removal, or contact IKEA Customer Service. Please note that this service can only be purchased in conjunction with the indoor delivery of new furniture.

- On the delivery and removal day, ensure all products can be removed from your home safely and smoothly.
