Information and booking

This service gives you a complete home furnishing solution for a room of your choice. An initial appointment of about 60 minutes with the interior designer lays the groundwork. After that, a detailed interior design proposal is then drawn up, including a mood board, product list, floor plans, 3D drawings, lighting plan, selection of textiles and decorative accessories, as well as tips and inspiration.If needed, the proposal is presented to you in a follow‑up meeting of about 30 minutes, after which the drawings are sent to you so you can start creating your dream home. If a follow‑up meeting is required, it usually takes place a few days to about a week after the first meeting.

A mood board displaying a collection of interior design inspiration in green, beige, and grey tones, including fabric swatches, decorative materials, plant imagery, furniture details, and texture samples.

Mood board and Product list

Your mood board shows how different colours and materials work together, giving you a clear sense of how the room will feel as a whole.

With a product list, you get a good overview of the products and item numbers, making it easy to order them on IKEA.com. If you visit the store, we’ll help you by providing a picking list with the storage locations.

Detailed floor plan

The interior designer will draw up a plan according to the different functions and activities of the room so that you get a solution with a good flow. You will also receive suggestions for textiles and interior décor.

Detailed 3D drawings

The 3D drawing brings you as close as possible to the finished result and gives you a sense of what the room will look like once it is finished.
