Click & collect

With Click & collect you simply pick-up your order outside your IKEA store. Place your order online when it suits you and then choose when and where you want to pick it up.

All IKEA stores offer Click & collect, so you can choose where you want to collect your order. The exact location and opening hours vary from store to store.

Some of our stores also offer a Pick-up box, where you can simply collect your order from our pick-up lockers within your specified time slot. See below for what applies to your store.

Pick-up at an IKEA store, from 0:-

  • Price: 0:- for purchases over 399:- for you who are (or become) an IKEA Family member.

  • Price for purchases under 399:- or without membership: 59:-

  • Orders over 500 kg: Always a indoor delivery.

  • Delivery method: We collect your order, and you pick it up by car outside your chosen store. 
  • Pick-up time: Earliest 2 hours after ordering. Select day and time slot at checkout.
  • Track your delivery: See the link in your order confirmation.
  • Ready for pick-up: When you receive a text from your store. Save the text, you will need it for pick-up.
  • When collecting your order: Follow the signs in the car park/store. Open the text you received from the store. Click on the check-in button and show the QR code to retrieve your order (couriers show the same QR code). Read more below on what applies to your store specifically.
  • Please remember: Always check the opening hours for Click & collect before collecting your items, as these may differ from the regular opening hours of the store. See Click & collect opening hours for your store.
  • If you can't make it in time: Your items will be available for 24 hours after your time slot.

How Click & collect works 

  1. Add the products you want to buy to your shopping bag at IKEA.se.  
  2. Choose the store where you want to collect your order under "Click & collect".
  3. Choose the time you want to collect your order and complete your purchase.
  4. Once your order is complete and ready for collection, we will send you an SMS. Wait for the SMS before driving to the store.
  5. When you arrive at the store. Drive to the Click & collect area for collection. See above for where to drive at your particular store. Check in using the link provided in the SMS.
  6. We then bring your items to you. You must load your items into your car yourself. If you have ordered large and heavy items, we recommend that you bring someone to help you lift and carry them.

Good to know

  • Times may be limited in case of high demand. You can see available times at checkout on IKEA.se
  • Always check the opening hours for the Click & collect drive-thru. These times may differ from the store's regular opening hours. 
  • If you are unable to place an order at the store of your choice, try choosing another store nearby, removing an out-of-stock item from your shopping bag or placing your order later once we have replenished the stock.
  • Think about package dimensions and weights to ensure that your order will fit in your vehicle. You can read more about dimensions and weights on the product page for each product.
  • You can also have someone else collect your Click & collect order. Just make sure that the person picking up the order shows the QR code in the SMS you received when your order is ready for collection.
  • You cannot change your order once it has been placed, you can only cancel the entire order.
  • You must load your items into your car yourself. If you have ordered large and heavy items, we recommend that you bring someone to help you lift and carry them.
