If you want to complain about your product, you are welcome to contact us. We have made our complaint process quick, easy and accessible. Please have your receipt at hand to make the process smoother. You can visit any of our IKEA stores in Sweden or contact customer service by phone.
In store
Regardless of whether you purchased your item online or in a store, you are always welcome to make a complaint at any IKEA store in Sweden. Don't forget to bring your receipt/purchase proof.
If your item is damaged, bring the item along with the receipt/purchase proof. If you are missing an item from your delivery, bring the order confirmation/delivery note.
Please note that we cannot process complaints for appliances, custom-made countertops, and custom-made wall tiles in-store. These complaints should be made through our customer service.

You can always get help with your complaint by contacting IKEA customer service. Please remember to provide us with as much information as possible from the start to ensure a smoother process.
If your item is damaged, take pictures/videos that shows the damage. You can also take a photo of the purchase receipt. If you are missing an item from your delivery, be prepared to provide your order number as stated in your order confirmation.
