Try it at home – with 365-day returns

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That’s why you always get 365-day return policy on all IKEA products – whether the package is opened or not. You have a full year to change your mind!

Changed your mind? No problem. Visit our returns page and choose the option that suits you best: 

  • Return it to your nearest IKEA store
  • Send it back via postal service
  • Book a pickup directly from your home

Claims

Our IKEA claims process is for making a claim within a product's guarantee period. Many of our products come with a guarantee.

We are confident that our products maintain high quality, and many items come with a guarantee. All guarantees are valid from the date of purchase and for the number of years specified in the description for each product.

The terms and conditions begin applying on the day you receive your product – whether you take it home yourself, or it’s delivered to you – so always keep a record of your purchase.
