What is IKEAs return policy?
Changed your mind? At IKEA, we offer you a 365-day purchase on approval to help you if you change your mind or if things don't turn out the way you want them to. The purchase on approval does not cover custom-made products such as counter-tops and wall tiles, or food products and appliances that have been installed.
It does not matter if you bought your product online, in the IKEA app, at one of our stores or through our customer service.
If you ordered online, the 365-day purchase on approval is counted from delivery date. Remember that products that are dirty, stained or damaged are not covered by our purchase on approval.

If you registered your IKEA Family account when you made your purchase, you can find your receipt digitally in your purchase history. If you cannot locate the receipt or do not have an IKEA Family account, please bring the item you wish to return to your nearest store. We will make an individual assessment of your product. Please note that the 365-day purchase approval policy applies to all our products except customized items, food and installed appliances.
