How do I make a return?
If you regret your purchase, you're always welcome to return your items to us. We accept returns by parcel or directly at any of our IKEA stores in Sweden.
Did you know that you can register your return in advance to save time at the store? Register your express return fast and simple on our website.
Remember that it is not possible to make a return at any of our Plan and Order units. Returns are only accepted at IKEA stores. You can find a list of our stores and Plan and Order units on our website.
You can also return items by postal package for only 49 SEK. Register your return directly on our website.
Do you have larger items and can not visit a store? Contact us, and we will help you book a truck för the return for 999 SEK.

A return can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days, depending on how you choose to return your item and the payment method you used to make the purchase. You can choose to return your product either at the Customer Service department of any store or by parcel.
