How do I make a return?

If you regret your purchase, you're always welcome to return your items to us. We accept returns via parcel or directly at any of our IKEA stores in Sweden.

  • How long does a return take?

    A return can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days, depending on how you choose to return your item and the payment method you used to make the purchase. You can choose to return your product either at the Customer Service department of any store or by parcel.

    If you registered your IKEA Family account when you made your purchase, you can find your receipt digitally in your purchase history. If you cannot locate the receipt or do not have an IKEA Family account, please bring the item you wish to return to your nearest store. We will make an individual assessment of your product. Please note that the 365-day purchase approval policy applies to all our products except customized items, food and installed appliances.
