Why is IKEA removing items from my order?
Items that are temporarily out of stock in our warehouse may sometimes be removed from your order to maintain the original delivery date.
Anything can happen, even at IKEA! Sometimes items become sold out or delayed, and if this happens, we will notify you.
If you have had a product removed from your ordered items and wish to reorder it, you can contact our Customer Service. IKEA will gladly help you get free shipping on the order of that product. Please note that you will need to pay for the item again if IKEA has already initiated a refund.

Through this self-service, you can easily report your damage online and receive a new product delivered to your home.
