What products can I sell back to IKEA?
IKEA products that you can sell back to IKEA must be in good and resaleable condition, as well as clean and unaltered. The products must be fully functional and correctly assembled when they are handed in.
The service to sell back your used products is available to give the products a new home and to ensure that the products purchased by other customers are of high quality. The service is currently designed to receive complete, assembled and fully functional IKEA furniture within the categories listed below.
All products need to be clean and in good condition so that they can be resold. If a product is not correctly and fully assembled according to the guidelines found at IKEA, we unfortunately cannot make an offer. The furniture must be fully owned by you and free from any hidden debts or security interests.
We only accept original IKEA products that we can recognise as IKEA products, with an original product label and/or IKEA logo.
We cannot accept individual parts. The parts must be part of a complete, assembled piece of furniture. This means, for example, that we do not accept doors without the frame they are meant to be attached to.
