Can I use the current suspension rail with the older BESTÅ cabinets?

In 2015, the BESTÅ family was updated with a new suspention rail that is not compatible with older cabinets. The suspention rail is attached to wall studs and provides stable support for a safe and easy installation. Make sure to use the correct fasteners depending on the material of the wall.
