Can I change the pickup time for a delivery to a collection point?

It is not possible to change the pickup time for an order sent to a collection point. Your goods will remain at the collection point for 3 days from the scheduled delivery date before being returned to us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost if the order is sent back because you did not pick it up in time

It is not possible to change the pickup time for an order that has been sent to a pickup point. Your items will remain at the pickup point for 3 days, counted from the planned delivery date, before they are returned to us. To help you, we send a reminder after 2 days.

You can find your planned delivery date on your order confirmation or when you log in to your profile.

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost if the order is sent back because you did not pick it up in time
