Can another person shop with my IKEA DELBETALA card?
No, the card is personal and can only be used by the cardholder. It is not possible to give someone else permission to use your IKEA DELBETALA card through a power of attorney.
To help keep your payments safe, we’ve made an update to how the IKEA DELBETALA card can be used.
It’s no longer possible to apply for a power of attorney that allows someone else to use your card. The IKEA DELBETALA card is personal, which means only the person whose name is on the card can use it to make purchases.
We understand this might be a change for some of our customers, but it’s an important step to ensure your card is used as securely as possible.
