Tamara

1. Pay with Tamara Option is valid on online and store.
2. Pay with Tamara is eligible for all Categories.
3. Payment is up to 24 installments.
4. Minimum invoice value is SR 99, and maximum invoice value is SR 20,000.
5. Items bought with Tamara can’t be returned in cash.
6. For return/exchange, please refer to IKEA’s return and exchange policy.
7. IKEA has no obligation for issues like Accounts, Payments in Tamara App or Web. For all technical-related issues Please Contact Tamara
8. Customer must use the mobile number registered with Absher.
9. Customer must settle all overdue payments with Tamara.
10. Customer must clear prior financial commitments with any bank or telecom company.
11. Age 18 Years and older.

Tamara "Pay in full"

1. The cashback campaign is open to all individuals who are residents of the SA where the campaign is being offered and are 18 years or older.
2. Customers will qualify for the cashback offer when they make a payment using the Pay in Full payment option.
3. Tamara will offer a fixed percentage of cashback on qualifying transactions, subject to a maximum cap 150 SAR per month per user as announced by Tamara. The cashback will be credited to the participant's account within 7 business days after purchase.
4. Cashback Credit/Expiry/Returns: All cashbacks are credited to Tamara wallet only. Cashback to be credited within 7 business days. Any canceled or return orders are not eligible for cashbacks as well as partial refunds are not counted as eligible transactions for cashback redeems.
5.  Cashbacks are subjected to expiry of 3 (three) months upon the wallet account credited. Tamara reserves the right to deduct any adjustments in the cashbacks based on the order journeys of customers with Tamara as well as change the duration of cashback eligibility without any prior notice to the users.
