With IKEA Click and collect, you’re in control. Place an order online when it’s convenient and choose when and where to collect it, from your local IKEA store or a partner pick-up point. If you don't fancy making a trip, find out more about our our delivery service.

Collect from your local IKEA store

Free for all orders

Our Click and collect service is available at all our IKEA stores across Saudi Arabia except our Plan and Order Points.

Flow pick-up points 

Price: SR 49

  • Collect from a choice of local convenience stores, post offices and more via Flow pick-up points.
  • Please note, this is only available for smaller-size parcel orders.
  • The collection windows available for you will depend on the Flow pick-up point. You will receive an email once your order has been received with further information about your collection window.
  • All collection points listed, may be available at the checkout.

How Click & Collect works

  1. Put your desired items in your online shopping cart.
  2. Select your favourite or nearest IKEA store under “Click and collect”.  You will be shown partner pick-up points when you continue to checkout. (Please note you will only be presented with partner pick-up points if your postcode is within a 30-mile radius of a pick-up point).
  3. Choose a collection option and location which best suits you.
  4. Choose an available collection time. Complete your order.
  5. Go to your chosen pick-up point during your time slot.
  6. Collect your order, load it into your vehicle and drive home

Good-to-know basics

  • Consider package dimensions and weight, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
  • You will not be able to modify products in your order after it is placed, so double-check you have the correct items and quantities before placing your order.
