Reservation and Cancellation Conditions:

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Orders can be placed online or in store with minimum quantity of 10 boxes.
• Orders must be paid in advance for confirmation. A receipt will be sent to customers by email/SMS for online orders.
• Customers must present the confirmation of order/receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
• In-store bookings must be paid in advance at the IKEA restaurant, and a printed receipt will be issued.
• Customers must advise IKEA of any allergy requirements when placing the order. Al-Futtaim IKEA is not responsible for food allergies or dietary issues not communicated at the time of booking.
• Customers must select their preferred pick-up time when placing the order. Online orders require selecting the preferred store for collection.
• Customers must provide their name, mobile number, and/or email address to complete the order. 

Cancellations and Changes:

• Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the reservation date will be refunded via the same payment method.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the reservation date will not be refunded.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Reservations may not be transferred between IKEA stores.   

Other Terms:

• This Offer cannot be redeemed with other discounts (e.g., Al-Futtaim Employee discount or other promotions).
• Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to cancel the Offer in case of unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund.
• The collection date cannot be changed once confirmed. No refund will be provided for missed collections at the confirmed time and location.
• The Offer must be collected on the confirmed date and time.

• Customers must provide personal data (phone number and/or email address) for order processing.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA is the data controller and will use the data for administering the promotion and contacting participants.
• Personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest for the purposes described.
