Iftar Buffet

Offer duration: 1st March 2025 – 31st March 2025 (Ramadan month)

Timing: Maghrib - 9:00 PM     

Location valid:  IKEA Doha restaurant only

Pricing options: 

• Regular: QR 99 per person                                      
• IKEA Family: QR 79 per person
• Children aged 6 – 12 years: QR 49 per child
• Children under 5 years: Free (up to 2 kids per each adult)

 

Reservation and cancellation conditions

● Bookings can be made until 5 PM for the same day. 

● Online bookings must be paid in advance and a receipt will be sent to customer by email. Customer must present the SMS or receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.

● In store bookings must be paid in advance at IKEA restaurant and a printed receipt will be issued to customer. Customer must present the receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.

● Customers will be required to provide a mobile number to complete the reservation.

● Walk-in customers will be served subject to availability.

● Customers will receive a wristband with a reservation date upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant to be worn during the course of the evening to confirm that customer had paid to partake in the Ramadan Iftar buffet Offer.

● Upon arrival, IKEA reserves the right to request a form of identification for children under 12 years to confirm that they are eligible for the relevant price option. Failure to verify a child’s age, may result in forfeiture of the child pricing option and the full pricing option will become applicable.

● Corporate Customers who wish to avail themselves of the offer, must be minimum of 10 pax and must pay in advance. No credit facility is available on this offer.

●  Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance on the reservation date shall be refunded in the same method of payment. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

●  Sharing of the buffet with customers who did not pay to partake in the Ramadan Iftar Buffet is not permissible.

● This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer or discounts (includingsuch as Al Futtaim Employee discount,). any other vouchers, etc.

 

General T&Cs:

• The reservation receipt cannot be replaced if lost/stolen/damaged/deleted and only original receipt will be accepted upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the offer, and you agree to indemnify any claims whatsoever with regards to the use of the offer.
• We reserve the right to revoke the offer if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked purchase receipt.
• Customers will be requested to provide their phone number and/or email address. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants. Al-Futtaim IKEA processes the personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein.

 

By entering this promotion and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described above.

• The offer is made available by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the offer at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this offer]. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the offer beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.

Redemption duration: Voucher must be redeemed on the same day of meal purchase as per the date stamp on the voucher.

• The vouchers cannot be redeemed at IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, Bakery, Café or Swedish Food Market, or IKEA online. 
• The voucher can be used with other ongoing discounts & promotions, including Al Futtaim staff discount.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
• The voucher cannot be replaced if lost/stolen/damaged and only original voucher will be accepted for redemption.
• Each voucher must contain the stamped date when issued to the customer.
• To redeem the voucher, a customer needs to present it to the cashier before proceeding with the payment and the redeemed voucher will be collected by the cashier.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the voucher and you agree to assure any claims whatsoever with regards to the use of the voucher.
• We reserve the right to revoke the voucher if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked voucher.
• If a full or partial refund/exchange is made against a transaction in which a voucher has been issued or redeem, then IKEA reserves the right to reduce the value of voucher in same proportion as per terms and conditions of promotions.
• In order to participate in this promotion, customers will be required to provide their phone number. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA processes the personal data based on a legitimate interest to administrate the promotion and to be able to contact the participants. By entering this promotion and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described above.
• The voucher has no implied warranties attached to it.
• The voucher is issued by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the promotion at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect
• Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the promotion beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
• By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The vouchers cannot be used by B2B customers, companies paying with VAT, in case of credit sales or special agreement. 

Voucher value: QR 20

Issue conditions:

• Each IKEA customer who purchases the Ramadan Buffet meal at QR 99 or QR 79 (IKEA Family price) will receive one voucher of QR 20.
• The voucher will not be issued to children.
• The voucher will be handed over to the customer when he/she arrives at IKEA Restaurant for the Ramadan Buffet.
• In the event that a customer cancels his/her Ramadan Buffet reservation and receives a refund, the QR 20 voucher(s) will not be issued to the customer.

 

Redemption conditions: 

• The QR 20 voucher can be redeemed on a purchase of any transaction value.
• The QR 20 voucher cannot be used to pay for the Ramadan Buffet offer.
• Customers are allowed to use more than one QR 20 voucher per transaction.
• Customers can redeem up to 5 vouchers per transaction.
