- Children under 5 years: Free (up to 2 kids per each adult)
Reservation and cancellation conditions
● Bookings can be made until 5 PM for the same day.
● Online bookings must be paid in advance and a receipt will be sent to customer by email. Customer must present the SMS or receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
● In store bookings must be paid in advance at IKEA restaurant and a printed receipt will be issued to customer. Customer must present the receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
● Customers will be required to provide a mobile number to complete the reservation.
● Walk-in customers will be served subject to availability.
● Customers will receive a wristband with a reservation date upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant to be worn during the course of the evening to confirm that customer had paid to partake in the Ramadan Iftar buffet Offer.
● Upon arrival, IKEA reserves the right to request a form of identification for children under 12 years to confirm that they are eligible for the relevant price option. Failure to verify a child’s age, may result in forfeiture of the child pricing option and the full pricing option will become applicable.
● Corporate Customers who wish to avail themselves of the offer, must be minimum of 10 pax and must pay in advance. No credit facility is available on this offer.
● Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance on the reservation date shall be refunded in the same method of payment. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will not be refunded.
● Sharing of the buffet with customers who did not pay to partake in the Ramadan Iftar Buffet is not permissible.
● This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer or discounts (includingsuch as Al Futtaim Employee discount,). any other vouchers, etc.
General T&Cs:
- The reservation receipt cannot be replaced if lost/stolen/damaged/deleted and only original receipt will be accepted upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
- Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the offer, and you agree to indemnify any claims whatsoever with regards to the use of the offer.
- We reserve the right to revoke the offer if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked purchase receipt.
- Customers will be requested to provide their phone number and/or email address. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants. Al-Futtaim IKEA processes the personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein.
