Juice Station:

Jallab, Kamaruddin, Laban up, Lingonberry juice, Blueberry juice, flavor water.

Bread Station:

Assorted Arabic bread, brown, white & bread rolls.

Cold Mezzeh Station:

Hummus, Fattouch, Tabouleh, Babaganoush, Feta Cheese, Mix Arabic pickles.

 

Salad Bar:

Romaine lettuce, mix green leaves.

Assorted dressing:

Balsamic dressing, Caesar dressing, lemon olive oil dressing. 

 Additions:

Carrot, cucumber, tomato,black olives, sweet corn, lemon wedge, croutons. 

 

Hot Mezzeh:

Kibbeh, Punjabi, Samosa, Cheese Sambussek

Ouzi Live Station:

Served with rice and fried nuts. Yoghurt and cucumber sauce.

 

Soup station:

Oriental Lentil soup, fried bread, lemon wedges, Chicken Vermicelli.

 

Main course:

Samaka Harrah, Beef Fajita, Chicken Machbous, Shish Tawook, Oven Baked Pasta with Plant Ball, Chicken Curry, Potato Lyonnaise, Vegetables Salona, Steamed Rice.

 

Dessert:

Zainab’s Fingers, Umm Ali, Rice Pudding, Ginger Custard, Assorted Mini Cake, Seasonal fruit cut.
